Individuals who register for a RunPainFree live training may elect to receive informational text messages related specifically to that training. Messages may include registration confirmation, training reminders, access information, schedule changes, start-time notifications, and access to the promised training replay.

This SMS program does not include recurring promotional marketing, newsletters, product offers, or unrelated marketing communications.

To stop receiving messages, reply STOP at any time. After sending STOP, you may receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed.
